Anyone using this yarn?

Is anyone using the Knit One Crochet Two, Douceur et Soie yarn? It is sooooo delicate! I can hardly keep track of the stitches! I'm sure using the light pink suggested by the designer didn't help.

I gave up and ordered a ball of the Silky Wool, as I'm thinking perhaps I should try knitting one with a slightly heartier yarn first. Heck, I don't mind having two of the same scarf. One for spring, one for fall.

I'm using Rowan Kidsilk haze, which is I guess basically the same thing, same fiber mix, same weight, almost exactly the same yardage. It's been a pain so far. I had to go buy nicer needles to work with it.

I'm planning on using the K1Ctoo yarn. I have yet to start but we'll see how it goes. I've already decided that I'm going to have to knt one in the silky wool as well. good luck!

The K1CToo yarn is definitely harder to work with than the silky wool. And ripping the more delicate version? Aiyeee, so annoying! On the other hand, its going to be lovely and airy when its blocked!

Yes, the frogging was a total pain. I had heard mohair it tough to undo. I think I may save the k1ctoo for when I'm a bit more experienced *sigh*

In any case, I received my silky wool yesterday. I love it! So much easier. And I had ordered one of the new colors from fuzzymabel.com: Hot Pink! I like the way it is knitting up now, especially since I wrote up my own chart. I will post pics soon.
