Lace is hard. Seriously, ya'll. I have cast on this #$@$# scarf 4 times and had to rip is out. I keep messing up my stich count. I think I may switch to a different yarn. The Doucer et Soire is VERY tiny - maybe not such a good idea for a first lace project. Any suggestions out there?

Lace can be difficult, trust me, I've been there done that. I think that maybe using a Sport/DK or worsted weight yarn for this scarf would be a better choice if you're having trouble with the tiny stuff. I'm using a worsted weight yarn for my BO scarf, because I'm a newbie lace knitter as well.

I practiced the pattern on some cheap worsted acrylic before I dove in on my ksh.
