My Progress (take 2)

I joined this KAL a few weeks ago and started Branching Out in Rowan Kidsilk Haze. However, I changed my mind on the yarn after knitting only a few pattern repeats. Last week whilst shopping I spotted the perfect yarn - RYC (Rowan Classic Yarn) Soft Lux.
Here's a picture of my progress so far:
There's not much stitch definition, but I guess I'll have to patiently wait until it's blocked!

Just wondering... what was it about Kid Silk Haze did you not like? I'm curious because I was thinking of making another BO scarf using either KSH or D&S.
The thing that put me off KSH was just the fact that it was a little too floaty for my liking - I want something that's a bit more 'solid'. That's just me though! I probably would have stuck with KSH if it was spring and not autumn.
