I haven't worked on mine in awhile. I have needed some mindless, relaxing knitting ... something I can do with two kids crawling on and around me. I will have it done by Christmas though, because it's a gift for my Grandmother. :)

I already finished one but, like you, plan on finishing another one before Christmas as a gift to my wonderful midwife (a belated thank you gift). I understand about mindless knitting. It's quite challenging to knit with a 6 month old baby around, so my current mindless knitting is a hat (lots of stockinette stitch).
