hello all! i'm joining in :)
this is my first KAL and first attempt at knitting lace.
i'm using knitpicks alpaca cloud (lace weight) in midnight with size 8 needles - ugh! i'm having a heck of a time with it. i'm without a picture of it so far... well, not very far at all, actually ;-P
i started it once with 2 needles, before getting the advice to move up to 8.... i'll get a pic over the weekend

It's my understanding that for lace knitting, you should use a larger needle size than the size for the yarn. Looking forward to seeing a picture of your scarf.
